Terms and Conditions for Christmas Delicacies 2023

Order Placement:

• Orders can be placed by calling on the customer helpline number or at the individual Stores.

Order Confirmation

• The order will be confirmed only once we receive the full payment at respective Stores.

Payment:

• Payments must be made in-store at the time of order placement.
• Online or pre-payment options are not available.

Collection of the Product:

• Please note that all orders must be collected in person from the specified store mentioned during the order placement.

Home Deliveries:

• Home delivery is not standard but can be requested by senior citizens with an associated charge, dependent on location, and subject to staff availability and operational considerations.

Early Bird Offerings:

• Early Bird Offerings are subject to availability and may vary.
• Early Bird discounts are applicable only on orders placed before the specified date.

Liability:

• Magsons is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience that may arise from order placement, payment, collection, or delivery.

Modification of Terms:

Magsons reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified on the Magsons website of any changes.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before purchase.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

Estimated Cooked Weights:

• Jumbo Chicken: Approximately 1.5 – 2 kg
• Turkey (Indian): Approximately 3.5-4 kg
• Turkey (Imported): Approximately 5-6 kg
• Suckling: Approximately 5 kg

Anti-allergens:

• While ordering, customers are required to mention if they are allergic to any product. Though ample care is taken during the preparation of the final product, Magsons shall not be responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur in customers during consumption, due to individual customer body composition.
• Most products do not use Eggs in their recipe.

Garnishing Details:

• Garnishing includes half-boiled vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, coloured capsicum, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, etc. fresh fruits like green apple and grapes are also included. Garnishing will vary product-wise.

Stuffing Options (indicative):

• Mixed meat stuffing: Chicken, pork, salami, sausages, mincemeat mixed with bread croutons, potatoes, cheese, etc.
• Veg stuffing: Bread Croutons, Potato, Parsley, Thyme, Oregano, Celery, Broccoli, Onion, Garlic, Cheese, Butter, Olives, Carrot Cubes

Modification of Stuffing:

• The stuffing composition cannot be modified.

 Order Collection:

• Orders can be collected only at timings as specified during confirmation, from the specified store.

Advance Payment Requirement:

• Yes, the order will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Stuffing Option for Turkey/Chicken:

• Turkey/Chicken can be roasted with or without stuffing, and necessary stuffing can be provided separately.

Order Collection/Pick-Up Timings:

• Pick up at Panjim store starts at 12:00 am.
• Pick up at South starts at 12:30 pm

These timings are projected on a best effort basis. Delays due to road and traffic conditions on the day will need to be factored in by the customer. Although Magsons assures to do the best it can, we do not guarantee deliveries on the timings as announced.

Shrinkage Percentage:

• Approximately 30-40% shrinkage from the raw weight of the product is expected during the cooking process.

Heating Recommendations:

• Suggested to heat up in the oven for 5-10 minutes before serving, especially as the items are glazed with honey sauce.
• Accompaniments and salads should not be put in the oven alongwith the main course.

Product Origins:

• Turkey, duck, and suckling are sourced from local farms in India.
• Imported Turkey and Duck are sourced from USA

Discounts and Complimentary Offers:

• Early Bird discounts are applicable only on orders placed before the specified date.
