FAQ for Christmas Delicacies 2024
How do I place an order for Christmas Delicacies for December 2024?
- Orders can be placed by calling on the customer helpline number or by visiting any participating Magsons Stores.
How can I confirm my Order?
- The order will be confirmed only once we receive the full payment at the respective Stores. Please retain the Bill copy. Payment can be made at the store by any regular mode of payment. The Store will then issue you a Bill of confirmation of having received and paid for the order.
Can I make an Online payment?
- Online payment options are not available currently. But we are working on it.
Where can I collect the product on the day?:
- All orders must be collected in person from the specified store mentioned during the order placement. The items shall be kept pre-packed and ready at the time stated in the order. You will need to produce the copy of the Bill during pick-up.
Order Collection/Pick-Up Timings:
- Pick up at Panjim stores begins at 12:00 pm.
- Pick up for Stores in South begins by 12:30 pm
These timings are estimated on a best effort basis. Delays due to road and traffic conditions on the day will need to be factored in by the customer. Although Magsons assures to do the best it can, we do not guarantee deliveries on the timings as announced.
If any special timings are desired by the customer, we can help arrange for them through our delivery partners on a separate charge basis.
Do you have Home Delivery of the ordered item/s ?:
- Home delivery is not standard but can be requested for by customers. We will be associating with delivery partners for this service and standard delivery charges of the partners will apply in all such cases. Our quality assurance will end the moment we hand over the item to the delivery partner.
Are there any benefits for Early Bird Orders?:
- All Orders placed before the specified dates as mentioned in our promotions and communications are eligible for special discounts and additional offerings termed as “Early Bird Orders”.
Can I get a refund for order cancellation?
- All sales are final once billed, and no refunds will be issued. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before making their purchase order.
Limitations of Liability:
- Magsons will not be held liable for any loss, damages, or inconvenience that may arise to the customer due to defective or delayed order placement, unrealised or short payments, late collections by customers or delay in delivery beyond reasonable constraints.
- The maximum extent of liability by Magsons will be a refund value by way of free shopping voucher of the amount of the product.
- Magsons reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified on the Magsons website of any changes.
