FAQ 1: What is the difference between the Senior Membership & SuperSenior Membership?
ANS: The earlier Senior citizen Loyalty programme is a scheme wherein every senior citizen on the Loyalty Card programme gets the benefit of a 2% instant discount on their day to day shopping, subject to minimum bill requirements as per terms of the scheme.
This SuperSenior Membership is a special introductory scheme where you can get a 3% discount voucher on shopping between Rs.3000 upto Rs.4999 and a 5% discount voucher on shopping above Rs.5000 on your cumulative shopping for the month.
The discount voucher amount will be calculated on your cumulative shopping for the entire introductory month 2nd-31st October’21.
FAQ 2: What if I do not reach the benchmark figures of shopping for the month?
ANS: If this is the case, you will continue to receive the 2% discount as earlier on your shopping.
FAQ 3: Is there a minimum shopping value per visit? Can I shop multiple times in a day?
ANS: There is no minimum shopping value for the Senior Citizen registered as a SuperSenior Member. However it is mandatory that the Billing is done on the member Card for traceability. The SuperSenior member can shop for any amount multiple times a day. All this will be cumulatively added and the entitlement discount voucher given after the scheme period is completed. However, it is suggested that the member should retain his bills, with his Card number printed on them, for verification if needed.
FAQ 4: Will I be issued a physical Card for producing during my shopping?
ANS: Magsons has done away with issue of physical cards. Your unique Phone Number or your new Membership number is all that is required to produce to the cashier during check-out. Please inform the cashier IN ADVANCE that you are availing of your benefit.
FAQ 5: Can my family shop on this new Membership?
ANS: Please understand that this facility is being provided only to Senior Citizens for their personal consumption and hence your physical presence or identification at the stores is a must. This membership cannot be used for family or friends’ purchases.
FAQ 6: Is this scheme applicable only on a particular day of the week?
ANS: This scheme is applicable everyday from 2nd to the 31st of October 2021 across all MAGSONS participating stores.
FAQ 7: Are all products sold at Magsons calculated in the shopping amount?
ANS: Yes. There is no limitation on what and how much one can shop for personal use.
FAQ 8: Is it necessary to visit the store for shopping? Can I apply for the membership from home?
ANS: We care for your safety and wellbeing. Stay home, stay safe and we will deliver your order to your doorstep. Registered SuperSenior citizen can place the order through the mentioned WhatsApp number and the order will be home delivered. Customers placing the order online can also register for this scheme with the mandatory details which will be requested while placing the order.
