Q. Why can I not order for Roast Stuffed Turkey or Roast Suckling this year?
A. As soon as we opened the bookings on the 4th of this month, we were overwhelmed with orders with prebooking confirmations. Unfortunately due to the COVID situation in the country, there is an extreme shortage of farm grown birds and suckling’s and hence we have had to limit our orders this time only to selling fresh frozen. However, we have added a number of other signature cooked items on the Menu this year.
Q. Why are the rates and prices higher than last year or even say, a few months ago?
A. The rates have not been revised for over 2 years despite the cost of all raw materials having nearly doubled. The COVID situation in the country has also made sourcing and procurement and supply chain very difficult and costly and hence the increase in prices. However we have ensured that quality standards have also improved in line with the prices.
Q. What are the new offerings that you are talking about this year?
A. We have introduced a signature line of four premium delicacies specially curated for us by famous Chef Ryan Semelhago. These are never before recipes of crackling pork belly, roast duck, beef wellington and chicken Nagoa. More are on way for later. These will be an Xmas table delight this year.
We are also offering some of the premium pastry items this year from the patisserie of India Bake House. These are specially made for Magsons and consist of the ever popular Christmas Plum Cake with a fusion of wine and liquors, specially curated Christmas themed cup cakes, choco infused ginger cookies and even Gift Hampers of an assortment of different pastries, cookies and cakes.
Q. What is your delivery module this year?
A. Due to COVID protocols, we are restricting our delivery personnel from visiting homes. So this year we have tied-up with EAZYEATS, a food delivery app and service provider to collect on-line orders and effect home delivery to all the customers who prefer to use this service. This facility is FREE to the customer and available across major pin codes in Goa! All you have to do is download the App from the option provided at the base of this mailer and scroll for the delicious products on the Magsons page on the App. There are product pictures and descriptions to help you make an informed choice. Besides, every first order on this App entitles you to a 10% discount (T&C applies).
Q. What if I want to order in-store and pick up myself?
A. We welcome you to visit any of our stores and book your orders directly. Our customer service personnel will be very happy to guide you with your order. And, when you do pick up the product from the store, we will reward you with Kingfisher WITBeer as a complimentary Gift from us.
Q. What are the payment modes if I cannot visit personally?
A. We have created a facility for e-payment of your Bills through a number of digital payments modes. Please scan the QR code which supports all types of UPI pay modes. You could also pay us through any Bank Credit/Debit cards or through netbanking in our account details mentioned below. And of course, we will also accept cash across our stores!

Q. I am a Vegan what product would you recommend to me?
A. We would recommend, our delicacy Jack Sparrow on a Sleigh, It is Diced pineapple, jackfruit and cherry tomatoes in a pineapple boat topped with tender coconut and tomato sauce served with Arroz.
Q. If I have intolerance to egg and wheat what product would you recommend to me?
A. Apart from Pastries, Roast and stuffed duck and Beef Wellington other items on Menu are Eggless
