MAGSONS believes that employees are its inherent strength and they treat each one with respect in the belief that if you treat your employees well they will in turn treat their customers better.
Every employee enjoys all statutory benefits of ESIC and PF, annual Bonus and performance linked increments. The Group has an employee strength of nearly 150 people with a number of them having completed between 5 years to 15 years of service with the Group.
The Group follows a well documented Human Resources Policy with a dedicated department led by a senior HR Manager.
The Group also encourages regular Training Programmes to sharpen the soft and technical skills of all its staff through an internal, and at times, an outsourced training faculty bank.
The Staff and management of the MAGSONS family celebrate an annual MAGSONS Family Day either at the beach or a resort either in January or February every year.
Similarly, the Group enjoys an excellent rapport with its other associates, the vendors, who complete and complement its supply chain.
